Has anyone had an issue with the Ipad app changeover earlier this year? I was away without internet access fast enough to download anything for a few months and came back to a new app. The only problem is that the newer app does not recognize the subscription I renewed from November 2016.

I tried calling the tech support line for subscriber services digital FAQ who couldnt help and pushed me to apple. Apple initially pushed me back to the app publisher who sent me back to Apple. I've been on the tech support line for the last 2 hours with no resolution in sight.

Has anyone else had this issue and how did you fix it?

Good news and bad news here:

Good: We'll fix it, don't worry. Even if we have to wipe out your existing sub and redo your account to give you fresh login info, this is fixable.

Bad: Your point person on this has already left for The Mitty, so we might not be able to solve this until early next week.

In the meantime, email nancy(at)grassrootsmotorsports(dot)com and she'll hook you up. Don't be surprised to get an auto respond message right back. I'll be seeing her at the Mitty in a day or two and will make sure she's on the case.
