I guess it all depends on the quality or method of lifting. It it's safe Ishould leave it for snow clearance.

If the lift isnt scary, id say leave it, including the paint. If you paint it, so make it look right it would still need a different bumper, bodywork to get rid of that antenna mount, etc, but if you leave it camo it all kinda fits. IMO all it needs is matching wheels and some all terrain tires.
On my last truck I installed some cheap coilover shocks I had leftover from a Baja, and that lifted the rear pretty well. I appreciated having them there when hauling heavy stuff. In the front you can swap in A2 springs, but the struts will be at the limit of their travel and the driveshafts will be close to the chassis. Let me know how yours was put together. I'm looking for good ideas.

Where in Michigan?

This is pretty awesome if true!

You bought it! Awesome! I can now live vicariously through your build thread.

Used to live in NYC. He's in Rye now. I'm sure a Camo Caddy won't go over well with the neighbors

Holy crap, who knew?
I'm keeping the camo, putting tall thin snows all around.
I will however rethink that rear bumper, if nothing else 45' the ends. They look like real shin biters.

In the meantime, paint it hot pink to avoid injury and add awesome.

Thank you. I appreciate yourt help on this. My only concern is the bull whip tying off the steering wheel. Is that a poor man's anti-theft device or was it towed with its ass in the air?
Whatever, I'll be there hopefully around 5:00 pm sunday.

Good man
What is the military spec for them?
Is it a LWT or HMMV or CRPCN? Maybe that will help in your search.
Kahuna Brown, the best I could find is an ILTIS, it's not a Caddy but it's military.
