My interest would lie more in the individual parts than the frame itself.

For the sake of parts, maybe.

The whole thing reeks of a similar home designed reverse trike that was discussed here a few years back. The builder posted it here and was venomous when glaring design flaws had been pointed out.

Mostly that the frame was an under designed square tube death trap. And that the builder wanted to sell it in kits. That thread ended poorly.

I agree with the above. Offer 1800 and Chuck the frame, the motor is worth most of that and the brakes and other odds and ends easily make up the rest. I do love the claim that it will be worth a lot when finished. Yeah right!
