Somebody's homebuilt toys by the looks of it, can't find any racing class for manned late models below 1:1 scale...
I'm not aware of Cyclones, but Sharp mini late models are growing in popularity in the South.

It looks a little like these but I have never seen them as anything but mini modifieds, that said in this neck of the woods it is Dirt Modified territory. I would imagine there is something similar for late models in the mid west.

There are also mod lites, which represent Northeastern-style dirt mods: www.modlitestars.com
All these divisions are slightly different in what they allow, as far as engines and suspension.
