The calendar on the wall says that today marks J.G. Pasterjak’s 30th anniversary with Grassroots Motorsports. How someone who’s only 36 could have worked somewhere for 30 years baffles some of us, but who are we to argue with facts or child labor laws?
It’s been a fun ride…

JG totally needs to bring back this hairdo for the Radwood Challenge this year.
I need to know what happened to that hat I'm wearing with the floor buffer. Pretty sure that's someone else playing me for an episode where I wasn't available.
Congrats JG!
Thanks for all your hard work!
In reply to JG Pasterjak :
It's the other Darren.
Now I want him to front my band. He's perfect.
Congrats JG, some truly awesome pictures. Awesome to see you progress from a 75lbs 19in CRT to a flat screen monitor as well.
Which picture of JG should I post?
DSW: all of them.
Congrats JG!
J.G., friend to man and beast, happy workiversary!

Pixels are cheap, right?
In reply to David S. Wallens :
Totally.
Fantastic! Its rare ANYONE celebrates 30 years with a company anymore. Let alone a magazine!
Congratulations! Heres to hoping you retire at 80 from grm (or sone ripe old age)
Wow, that's impressive. I know I haven't been around that long (both in terms of age and time at the magazine), but congratulations nonetheless!
Here's to 30 more years.
I remember living in ATL in the late 80's, chasing the SEDIV solo series all over the southeast, running into young JG and his MR2 and the rest of the upstart "Auto-X" magazine group and friends (Mark Chiles, Marc Dana, plenty of others). I know us old farts talk about simpler times, but man, I sure do miss those days before computer data analysis could tell you it was a bad idea to autocross hung over and all of the fun that was had with that group of friends-that-you-only-saw-every-Sunday before everyone could keep up through social media.
Congrats, JG
Wow, so many memories, and most of them good. Congrats JG and thank you for so many of your bad decisions.
Congratulations J.G. here's to another thirty years, or retirement, whichever comes first !

You should see him work a mic with a cord.

Two wraps (you have to leave the third one for Henry).
I'm just happy the Amish van made the photo lineup.
Thanks for the years, Pasternak. We wouldn't have made it nearly as far as we have, or managed to build something we were half as proud of, without you.
