My wife's daily, a 2014 Mazda five had a shudder. She took it to the dealer without checking with me, which resulted in a $60 diagnostic charge and a recommendation to replace the transmission.
No more problems after three drain and fills with synthetic fluid, plus BG additive in the last fill.
I will never be back to Daytona Mazda.
Oh, the trucks... Reading the title I thought it might be one of those weird 'PornHub' things.
Just to finish this up ( I hope ) the dealer had had the truck from Tuesday until today (Saturday) and I was over by there, so i stopped by to see what was going on with it. The service consultant on duty looks it up and it's been completed since Tuesday. They did the trans flush and filter per the TSB and someone neglected to call and tell me it was done. No big deal. Now we'll see if a couple of hundred miles of driving clears this up.
