That car looks like a time capsule of mid-80's customization with those wheels. I dont know what they are, but I like it.
Magnums and cordobas in late 70s and early 80s had those wheels, or very similar, as options. Dont k ow if dealer or factory.

I think the Volare and Aspen look fantastic.
I forgot about Appliance Wheels. They made some Cragar spinoffs and others.

sorry, my parents had an Aspen Station wagon in 1980. Slant Six with a 4 speed manual, thing was constantly in the shop. I remember it was not even 2 weeks old and the transmission got stuck in 2nd. My parents were so happy when the spring flood tides claimed it
