Long story short, I need to turn 1/4" Female inlets into M16x1.5mm Male inlets. This is for the transmission cooler on my 300SDL.

What kind of m16x1.5 male? O-ring boss or DIN?
It's going into a 1/4 NPT female?
The only thing I am seeing is female pipe to male metric (Parker 1/4M16FHG8) or a male JIC to male metric which would need another adapter.
try calling a couple hydraulic hose shops, in my work we upfit new prototype parts and always seem to need random adapters and the hose shops can usually get us what we need
Call Pegasus Racing in New Berlin, WI. If they don't have it, it doesn't exist.

I'm assuming DIN, but to be honest I haven't removed the old radiator yet to check. And yes, the hoses are female and so is the new radiator.
Might be easier to have custom hoses made.

I am finding myself in all sorts of idiosyncratic hydraulic and plumbing situations lately, and I found this place called Discount Hydraulic Hose that usually gets me taken care of. The have a lot of adapter fittings, plus they also make custom hydraulic lines, fast, with many different options.
