Alright so this is my first ever build, and I need some help with some things that are hangin me up. Its a 1976 fiat 124 with a 13b RENESIS rotary in it.

First things first I've just finished the engine and transmission mounting with a subframe i made and mounts, etc. before I made any of the mounts I realized the steering was not going to clear under the engine, but I wasnt gonna move the engine from where I wanted it so I said I'll just figure it out later; now is that later. So the only hitch there is is the center link, or track rod, or whatever you want to call it. This Fiat has the old style recirculating ball steering type, no rack and pinion. So I wanna keep the stock pitman arms and everything else and just drop the centerlink by cutting it and welding in about 3 inches of vertical tubing (same width and type as whatever it is now). Is this the way to do it? I tend to overlook simple stuff sometimes cause i think too fast.

Second, I gotta do the whole fuel system and I'm having trouble finding a fuel cell and pump, etc combination that would work for me. I'm looking for 10-15 gallon fuel cell with sending unit and pump all together as one unit. The 13b RENESIS is the stock motor from the rx8 and I'm running stock injectors now but I will probably upgrade those later, but I will probably never go above 300hp, Hope that information suffices. And just any other tips you guys got on installing a fuel system that seem relevant are appreciated, routing lines, fittings, etc.

Thank you guys in advance for any help I get, couldn't have made it this far without this forum
