I need to find a replacement for this grommet. But I can't remember the name for this particular kind, so I don't know what to google.
The thin slot is for going into a homemade metal air intake tube. The big end connects to the PCV tube.

And now that you've said that, it's so obvious. Thank you. I had a total brain fart on this one.
I was going to say it looks like a breather grommet for a regular old SBC.
