I would say that the LTX is quieter and better riding than the Geolander, but the LTX is also on a 3/4ton truck (the same truck that all the other tires are/were on) while the Geolander is on a ford escape, so maybe I just notice it more? I can tell you that both are significantly (and easily noticeably) quieter than any of the others I have run.
To me the LTX is a better choice than the Geolander, but IMO its picking between a winner and a better winner. Either are preferable to anything else I have had (with exception to the duratrac, which has its own use case).
