It's almost universally accepted that FD stands for Funds Dumpster.

After cruising ebay completed auctions, rx7club for sale listings, and talking with a couple of members here, I feel a whole lot better about where I am dollar-wise in this deal.

Yamaha - please forward me any links to FDs for sale in the price range you dictate - I'm a buyer!!!

In reply to 92CelicaHalfTrac: "I would have bought the E36 M3 out of an FD roller for a grand. You don't want to know what i would have done with it. " I know ;-) lol

I seriously doubt that good FD rollers sell for under a grand. If they do, it's to a flipper that will turn around and get three grand for them without any work or serious time spent sitting on them.

Unless by "roller" you meant "had been rolled then stripped of all usable parts."

+1 for making me laugh long enough to make my boss wonder wtf I was doing

Nah, theres been around here for cheap lately, the one I know that was personally bought under a grand doesn't have rust, but lacks the drivetrain and needs some interior work(it was a fnf specialty hack job)
