That's not bad pay for a day and a half of work, plus a few hours of aggravation.
This engine doesn't happen to use - like the Honda K24 in my play car - the same connectors on both cam sensors? Or, the same connectors on the MAP and TAP sensors? If you get the first two reversed, it just won't start. If you get the second two reversed, you blow up the MAP sensor and it'll run like crap. Yes, different engine, but if you unplugged any connectors, make real sure they aren't now reversed.
Are you getting a engine light coming on? If so, what's the OBD2 scanner say the ECU is complaining about?
