I'm pretty sure my two year old thinks it's his because of the color. When I'm playing with him in the driveway he always jumps in the drivers seat and starts steering and making engine noises.

btw I kinda thought there had been some major motor work at some point because the motor mounts aren't very solid (it moves around a little when revved). Motor mounts don't go bad from the factory too often. It's usually when someone has torqued them down by hand or left out the bushings that they do that.

Yep, that's a twincam alright. It's unusual to see one with a flat hood, though; the "Power Bulge" allows more clearance to keep the hood from rubbing on the extra cam gear/housing. Looks like you're getting some rubbing on it, considering the scuff marks on the intake and cam gear housing. You can prevent that by judicious removal of a section of underhood braces. The hood itself is not rubbing. I suspect you can tell where they are by the scuffs on the offending braces.

It's not unusual for the OEM bushings to tear and/or get loose. Many folks elect to replace them with poly bushing, although it does increase engine vibrations noticably.
