Man that's going to be a tough one. There is literally zero info on that motor of yore.
Just eyeballing, I doubt that any other Hondas share the pattern. Engine internals, however, are nearly identical to the D-series

F-series, I thought. It's basically a 2.2l SOHC with another cylinder, no?
They seem to break the camshafts when the distributor fails, too.
