My local autocross region, the Kentucky region SCCA, hosted an autocross for the first day on the PowerTour at Beech Bend raceway in Bowling Green, Kentucky. I volunteered to work the event because its always fun to see what shows up to these things. The event was going great until the rain showed up, and practically everyone stopped running the autocross. Us workers got bored so we decided to have some fun ourselves. My buddy Nathan threw me the keys to his daily automatic IS300 that just so happens to have a factory LSD. Much fun was had.

Formula-D!
Cone! Sorry, I meant "Nice". :)
Reminds me of a drivers' meeting. "How many new people do we have out here today. Great. Thanks for coming out. Let me emphasize that this IS NOT DRIFTING! Gratuitous drifting will not be tolerated..." Then, there's always one of the regulars that hits a cone early in the run, says "berkeley it" and that's the last time his tires quit spinning until the end of the run. I've never been that guy. Nope. Not me.
I was there having a blast in my hoopty! Didn't stick around after the rain started falling though.

You and everyone else lol.
I was digging your car. So much cool stuff was there.
Yeah it was. The impala? on the gmc denali frame was wicked cool. To the untrained it wasn't obvious. The only thing that drew my attention at first was the wheels.
I picked up on that as soon as I saw those ugly ass Denali wheels. The ride height gave it away too. Super cool car though.
