That's no Roadrunner, that's a Superbird, with a Six Pack 440. Someone will buy just for the vin and fender tag.

I'm curious if it was a genuine Superbird or just a gussied-up Road Runner (or Satellite)
It's a Road Runner. Being a Superbird does not preclude that fact. It's also a Plymouth and a Mopar.
Meep meep :-)
Do just the minimum to get it road worthy and the roof back in place, then drive it everywhere wearing a Joe Dirt costume.

VIN decoder:
114 = 440 4bbl engine / 083 = Dana 9 3/4" 3:54 ratio rear axle / 676 = 4-Speed transmission
26 = 26" radiator (mandatory for Superbirds)
V19 = Special Order Vinyl Top / V88 Transverse Sport Stripe (above the rear taillights) / (Note: no console in this car)
EB5 = Blue Fire Metallic / H6X9 - This one is odd, it should be H2X9 for black bench seats, the 6 usually goes with a P prefix / TX9 = Black Interior / B30 = November 30th, required for Superbirds / J98XXX = somewhere in the 1,000th Superbird built
E86 = 440 4bbl / D21 = 4-Speed / RM23XXXA = Superbird, Road Runner, 2-door, Hardtop, should be U for 440 4Bbl, should be 0 for 1970, A is Lynch Road where all Superbirds were made
So it's a legit Superbird, and a 440/4-Speed one at that. It was definitely NOT a Six Pack car. Color is a little boring common blue over a black bench. The interior code is the only wonky number on that plate.

I always got a kick out of the Mopar conoscenti who would chortle under their breath when somebody took a Charger or Road Runner and rolled their own wing car when the fact is that these started as regular Chargers and RR's too...
When you see the price difference between 70 Road Runners and 70 Superbirds, yes, there is a legit distinction. That nose is probably worth $8,000 as it sits.

Since that's the most valuable part, is that relevant?

The Charger 500 is a much cooler car IMO.
