I really want to get my old Praktica LTL out now.

My favorite game was to push Fomapan 400 Action to something around EI 2000.  Same with Tri-X 400.  I'm a bit sloppy with that stuff and it's hard for me to really know exactly where the push is landing (because I refuse to get super into the weeds and would rather just look at the resultant images and figure things out from there).  I'd like to play more with Foma 400 as it seems to create wonderful images only part of the time...

And I totally cheated last night with my Fujifilm X100V and some film/grain simulation. (These are right out of the camera, though.)

I've also played with the film simulation modes on my X100F too. The color modes never seem to get quite to where I want them without some tweaking afterwards, but I'm probably being too picky. I will say that a pretty credible imitation pushed TriX is possible with the right fiddling; samples straight from the camera:

Nice. I bought this one as a "walking-around" camera for trips to New York. I decided to wait for the V and did the presale.

The camera arrived like the Monday of lockdown. Womp, womp.

So I took a ton of photos while just walking around the neighborhood. We have a lot of walking paths, hence lots of fences to shoot–cool details. 

I am digging the camera and trying out more of the simulation modes.
