Thought it would be like six bolts and 1/2 hour. We swapped beds on this one fairly easily and thought we could knock out a fender swap from our parts truck out in a flash. Not so much. Took all afternoon and almost nothing lines up as well as I want. Guessing that more shims are in order along with two more sets of hands.
