Depends on how many bolts you want to break.

Spray everything down with penetrating lube now if you can.

Mine took me 2 hours or so on my first ever try.

depends on how careful you want to be... things speed up a lot when you don't care how many fluids spill on the ground and when you cut wires and hoses instead of properly removing them...

I like to undo the subframe and lift the body away from it. Works well and is reasonably quick if you have the means to lift the body.

I did it in 45 minutes working solo and without cutting anything. I wasn't going for speed, I just knew where everything is and what tools to use. Kinda shocked me when I looked at the clock.

That was with a lift, which certainly speeds things up underneath.

I'd allow 4-5 hours, if you haven't done it before and want to be nice. Exhaust can be a pain. Taking the trans with it can make life easier.
