How old are you?

I'm 37 and I often feel like a young whippersnapper on the boards here. Though when I meet many people from here in person they turn out to be younger than I expected usually.

I think the high automotive knowledge/skill level of many people here makes me assume they're "older," especially combined with the fact that everyone here can ID any car from 1953 based on a grainy partial photo of the fender arch.

The first car other than family I drove was a new 1968 BMW 1600, belonging to a teacher at my HS, and I'm STILL on Double Secret Probation for it!

I turned 34 a couple months back...like to think of it as being 29 with 5 yrs experience.

42 and I've seen some owners/builders in the BUILDS section and I'm like "damn they look like kids" and they're so far ahead of me mechanically!"

Holy cow. No offense, I would have though 3 times that based on your posts.

I'll be 27 in August and several of my cars are older than me. Definitely not "classics" though.
