Buy some cardboard to fit your windshield then have a printing company print you out a vinyl decal to fit?

I didn't put a ton of effort into it, but I found a few options for custom printed sun shades via Google. However they all required you to order multiples, like 10-15 minimum.
I thought maybe Zazzle would offer that, but I don't see it listed.
Bring back external sunshades!

Like a one-off printed on it or do you want a screen in the sunshade that you upload photos into that you can cycle through the photos or be stationary? Like one of those digital picture frame things. On a side note, we sent one of these to my mother-in-law with a year's worth of family photos installed on the sim card. Now every year we send her a new sim card.
Along these lines, is there any company that creates custom sized sun shades? I really want one for my Triumphs, but even the smallest readily available versions are way too big. Trying to avoid having to buy one, cut it down and then sew on the border bit.
^If you cut one down and make new borders out of black Gorilla Tape it should work well and won't look hacked up without close inspection.
