The motorcycles look like flat trackers with a lot less sliding. Pretty cool. Interesting that the little bike with the skinny tires beat out the sport bike.
The metal smith... I only wish I could understand Japanese. There is a lot to learn in that video if you speak the language.
Thanks for the share.
The funky bike with asymmetrical bars is for the Japanese "Auto Race" form of speedway...

Basically this is the motorcycle equivalent of horse racing. The races have betting and when competing the riders are required to live at the track and can’t have outside communication with the rest of world in order to prevent race fixing corruption.

I was mostly impressed with the level of precision in his shapes. I could make a close facsimile, but not anywhere near that precise.
I really want to know more about the shears he was using.
The guy on the skinny bike was either a gorilla or wearing football pads. For tracks that are all turns, weight is much more important than power. The cornering speeds of the 125's is faster than the 250's than the superbikes.

Wonder what it was.
In the forum thread linked, it would appear that he is a better rider. Or at least more highly ranked.

He is huge! Look at him relative to the other riders and to the official on track at the beginning. I think he's a gorilla in a riding suit.

According to the auto-translate subtitles it appears to be a sheet metal skill/instructional DVD that someone ripped and uploaded to Youtube.
Turn on the captions, go to the gear, and change the subtitles to AutoTranslate - English. The translation requires a little interpretation as it's literal but it isn't too bad from what I watched of it.
