What are you thinking price wise on it?

But it's not a VDP....
Two years haven't found one suitable. This would be my "starter" XJ

Depends where I post it. GRM'ers will get special pricing because I love y'all.
In reply to mr2s2000elise :
LC's and FJ's have G wagons have similar markets and lack of depreciation lol
In reply to yupididit :
Oh I know ;) Have had LC in fleet since 1984 FJ60
at least I don't have to change window regulators every 1,000 miles like G owners
these days can't park any Lc or my FJCTT without having a man bun hipster leave a note asking me if I will sell .
maybe I will just buy a Nissan Patrol

Jaguar vultures stay tuned...
In reply to Curtis73 (Forum Supporter) :
Sure. I'm about to tow it to Virginia. And do some work to it. Figured the miles are too high for you.
In reply to yupididit :
Well, if the price ends up being right, I'll try this "high mileage, good condition" thing that people talk about. I usually do the older/low mileage stuff but right now with used car pricing I'm not finding any XJRs or Super V8s that are going for anywhere near something I want to pay for.
I'm really drooling over that white one I linked to with 38k miles, but I'm not having success talking him down from his insane pricing... even though it's been on FBM for over two years.
Maybe we can make a deal and this can be my "starter" jag. Put it this way.... not sure I'll want it, but I'm thinking we should talk.
If Curtis passes I am interested. I took one on an extended test drive many years ago and fell in love.

Haven't sold it. It was sitting in storage in Texas. Bringing it home to Northern VA.

I didn't realize you had relocated. I musta been asleep.
I have it running really nicely right now. Did some pulls up to 60mph and the tires were not happy.
Will do some cosmetic things like insuring the Jaguar leaper, some dent removal and a deep wash. Mechanically, it needs brakes, tires, all fluids change, vcg is leaking.
I debate whether to sell it as is or clean it up and try to get more for it.
In reply to yupididit :
Typical Jaguar buyers look for bargains. They tend to be poseurs. They like clean and neat but cheap.
Oooh slammed looks good on it... You are going to replace the air ride anyway as it's a wear item due to age...
