I think I figured out the "sport". All wagons were referred to as sport wagons. There is a sport optioned x type sedan and that is different than the regular optioned ones and not as optioned as the VDP optioned cars. I wish they made a R version of the x type.

So the sport wagon is different than the sport sedan?

I think the sport sedan had stiffer springs and shocks. Don't quote me on any of this. I sold my X type back in 2008.

An R version would have been awesome. I still keep my eye out for a nice S Type R.

Ya I really want a str but reality is it is not awd and awd is really great to have up here I the north east.

I have been tracking s type Rs and you can get a good one for 9-11k. For what they are I think that is a fantastic deal. Some day I will have one of those as well.

What he said about the car is absolutely true. Why I loved my x type in the winter. Also note that the one in the video was a manual.
