Duke of Understeer,
If I have the car out and you happened to be walking by... sure, I'll let you drive it. If you get a chance to check the magazine issue and it is my car, let me know. Thanks.

Yes, I agree, and for 40K it's about half the price of the GT40.
Um, Dean - Super has 1 p. Supper is a meal.

And make sure you don't drive your supper car over the dam.
A few months ago I went to look at a Lotus Europa project. Turns out the guy that was selling it builds GT40 replicas.......and Grand Sport Corvettes.....and an authorized builder of continuation Cobra Coupes......
.....I thought I died and went to heaven. They also do some prep work for a few people that race them. While I was there, their engine builder came by the shop and brought along with him a handful of failed valve train components that probably cost a week of my salary. They probably had $2 million in WIP there and were completely laid back about it. I was there, looking around, drooling, and had tingling in places normal people wouldn't have tingling sensation. They were just like "Yeah, this is what we do" like it was no big deal to have 2 Cobra Continuation Coupes and 3 GT40's (among other cars) hanging out in the shop. It was weird seeing a completed replica Cobra Coupe being stored in an old chicken coup.

Pretty cool that you could go to race car replicas and recreate this for something a regular guy could afford.
