Chitty chitty bang bang
C'mon, don't stand there like 1 o'clock half-struck. One foot in front of the other...they call it walking the course.
Phase 1: Sign up for and attend autocross.
Phase 2:
Phase 3: Profit
(Disclaimer: You won't actually make money via autocross. You'll spend some. Not too terribly much unless you feel like it, but yeah, some)
I think you are confused. Chitty chitty bang bang refers to a disney movie with a ridiculous flying car.
Now Chitty bang bang was an actual race car... or series of them that were totally badass!
Chitty 1 23 liter six cylinder!!!! Probably didn't sound like the percolator in the disney flick.
Chitty 4 Hit 171mph in 1926. Killed the guy on his second attempt in 1927.
The real chittys were a lot better than any fictional car driven by someone with a fake cockney accent

Nope I liked the car from the ridiculous disney flick driven by Dick VanDyke with his ridiculous cockney accent. Thats the one I want to eventually build. 1914 overland model 79
1914 overland model 79
Tastefully lowered
18x10 R-Comps sticking out past the fenders
And powered by a heavily boosted F2T
There is nothing more frustrating than trying to autox something like that. Now, driving it at speed on a closed track -- I am totally down with that. But autox courses demand too much in the way of all inputs, and I don't think it would be that much fun since traction, power, and brakes are all pretty limited.

Is this the GRM Holy Grail?
Or would that be an XJ Cherokee with Miata suspension welded to it, powered by an F2T, wearing 18x10 wheels wrapped in Hohos?
berkeley me that sounds awesome.
