My 1993 Volvo 965 that was previously 2JZGTE powered was waiting for another engine and a tree decided it was time to make that not happen. I guess that leaves me with more time to focus on the 765 Challenge car

I've been watching around the house to make sure things were safe. I had to make hard choices. Igor got put on a trailer attached to the Suburban in hopes that a car in tow would be covered. Not my first choice but the only one I had with where the cars sat.
I'm sorry to see this. The extent of the damage is almost incomprehensible.
I parked against the house and surrounded the Miata with some of the other cars and the truck, but conditions never got that bad here.

I'm sorry for your loss.

They are all heartbreaking but...Ouch. I'm not even a Mopar guy.

Patrick Bedard once wrote a column about his time at Chrysler as a junior designer. He was tasked with the wing for those cars, and drew up a light, intricate part. His boss came by, and said "Nope. It's a stock car and needs to be sturdy as hell."
Looks true.
Sorry about the Volvo.
