The engine side case looks like Norton but the other details don't match up.
Going by the design on the tank I am going to say 1967 Matchless G80 CS.
At least that is what Google matched up for me.

Matchless / AJS were the Chevrolet / GMC of the British motorcycle industry. Not amazing motorcyles but not awful either.

My brother owned a 1970ish Schwinn... Varsity?... had that combo of ape hangers and classic 10-speed stying.
How about the car? Could be exotic.
Gas filler at the base of the windshield, I'm guessing VW kit car. That's where the Bug gas tank is.

I think the car is a real Porsche 904, not a kit car.
