From the "identify the cars in music videos" thread. I posted it, but after searching for a while I can't figure it out and it's driving me crazy for some reason, so need to open it up to a bigger audience, lol. 63-64 Comet had been suggested, but the tail lights are square (not round), the license plate is above the bumper (not inset into it), and there are some other differences. Does have the "fins" like a Comet though.

This will annoy me all evening, lol. Someone help a brother out!

3 screen captures should help:

Nice! Wonder how one of those ended up in Sweden

Though....wonder why the one in the video has the "fins" on the rear fender. Did the Polara ever come with those, or is that some creative bodywork?

A good question of how it got to Sweden but as sort of an interesting irony, if you look at the second photo I posted to provide a look at the front quarter, you will notice that this black car is also not in the US. My guess is that it is in France. These must have been a somewhat popular export or even maybe manufactured abroad.

I am not so sure the car in you picture has fins but rather I think it may be a trick on your eye from the black and white-ness of it all.
I think the "fin" you see on the left side is actually the foundation of the building giving the illusion of a fin.
I have less of an explanation of the other side.
No fin shown in the second picture, which has better contrast to the colors.

There seems to be a lot of old American iron in Scandinavia. Not as much American Iron as Volvos, but they seem to love the old USA stuff.

Yeah, huge American car scene in Sweden. I've seen it featured on a few shows over the years. They LOVE vintage American stuff.

First pic definitely has the MOPAR emblem on the trunk lid. Front end has the MOPAR look but I have no idea about the "fins".
