Is that an MG-C on the bottom right? Looks interesting - meaty rubber, yellow bumper thingys.
He says its a MGB V8. If original, they are a england-only car, few of them sold before BL went under.
If its a swap, Its a MGB with a MGC hood and a set of Sebring panels (the "yellow thingies" and what is between em. )
If six GRMers put up $25,000 each..... 
the healey does sound interesting.. and judging what he said about the 951 having a Euro engine, that MIGHT be an MGBV8
