I did! Even noted it's on the 450 chassis which means it's properly stout. Didn't seem to make a difference.

The later model one is not as tempting because as a man of height, I doubt I could sleep in the back of it.  The 70s versions of those little vans were kicked out to have a little sleeper cab back there which would be perfect, because I would be divorced and out of the house if I bought one.  

Do you still have my old diesel Suburban?

Let me be clear, I am not knocking Dodge vans, who knows, maybe Dad didn't put oil in it.  But my dad is the "piss me off once and I am done with you forever" kind of guy. Who is at fault is unimportant.  Made growing up kinda...interesting.

Aw geez... there is or was a dreamer conversion or something awful similar with a for sale sign in the window nearby, been there for months, I wonder is it still there? Will keep an eye out next time I drive that way and will post pic if it ain't gone.

Shifty still needs a new engine; after driving it 105 miles home, and another 15 miles to my storage lot, my buddy I share the lot with managed to lock it up moving it 10'.  I have another twin cam engine for it, but need to swap it in.
