Just discovered this on the book of face this morning:

Couple of guys are taking an old factory and inserting an indoor kart track. My favorite part: also planning for brewpub and rock climbing wall
Plenty of room for EMS helo LZ out back...
According to FB, early 2015 opening. Can't wait. They're also offering GoPro rentals, so I can have video footage of me repeatedly lapping my first-born.

Update: this place is real, it is open, and we had a blast there today! I needed to do something to get out of the funk I've been in lately, it's raining, my dad is in town, and the ladies are at a baby shower all day, so we went forth to wage multi-generational war upon each other. Unfortunately, my dad declined racing, but got many good action shots.
The track is pretty short, fastest lap I saw today was ~25.x sec, main straight was ~75 yards or so, and I'd guesstimate my top speed at 30ish(?). With the short tight track, it felt very much like autocrossing an F500 car; the outdoor kart tracks I used to race on were much more open.
A few low-res shots from my phone, until we get the ones out of the real camera:

Sounds good! This would be a great place for a NeOhio GRM get together!
It works out to $50 for 24 min of seat time (3 races).
Looks similiar to Autobahn karting tracks.............my son races there ALOT in Memphis
