No it's not an exact replica, no it's not 4WD, no it doesn't look to be a super high quality kit, but heck, it still looks awesome. Wheelbase on the MRS is 96.5 Vs 99.6 for the RS200 so it's obviously shorter. Width is 66.7 Vs 69 so I bet that's close after the body and some different wheels tires. It keeps the MRS's windscreen and surrounds so that's a different shape, but it look close. The biggest issue is my prejudice against Toyota, but heck, everyone can be a hypocrite can't they! The real thing for comparison.
