Any experience with Ironman tires? I am looking for new tires for my 2000 GMC Sierra and found the Ironman All Country A/T. They are only $103 in the stock size (265/75r16) and look decent. Other options are going to be $130 and up.

I have not bought any IronMan but I asked my regular shop and they seem to like them. In regular passanger tires I see them as just a cheap model so the used car lots can say, "its got new tires." Usually they are not mileage rated meaning they're not make a lot of promise as to how long to expect them to last.
I have been ordering tires via www.tirebuyer.com which is American Tire Distributors (ATD) the guys already bringing tires to many shops. The free ship to the shop and many will free ship the same day if you order by 10:30
I checked, they have the same $103 with free shipping same day arrival. Then add about $15 -$20 each, paid directly to the shop to mount them.
I typically use Tire Buyer, they have these in their Lewis Center warehouse north of Columbus so they would be free same day delivery.
The second option would be the Kumho Road Venture AT51 for $120 each with $50 off a set of 4. I had those on my Montero and they seemed decent but I never drove with them in snow and they weren't great in mud.
I have mounted many sets (used car sales) and have to say they are so-so , they are cheap but seem to hold up. I had a set of Fusions go 60k miles (cheap) with no major issues till 50k.

Funny, on the tbuyer site with my zip code it is not showing the $50 off 4 for the Kuhmos
Thats what on the back of the supercab, they have have around 40k on them and countless burnouts, and are about roached. I will be putting them on again.
I have a set on my Festiva because it was tough to find any tires in a 12” size and I was in a hurry. So far they seem okay for the price. They did wear a little too fast on the inside, but it was alignment related. They make decent grip and aren’t too loud for what they are.
carmax put a set on our gx460, they are loud, and look squished for some reason. but other than that they are probably ok.
I went with the Ironman AT tires. I'm glad I waited a bit because I saw the ebay 15% off coupon and got a set of 4 through Tire Buyer on ebay for $381 after tax.
I've had great luck with IronMan's parent company Hercules AT on two I screw you troopers, and a 65 f100. All three set lasted many years towing. wish they had them in 18's E rated i seen the iron mans do offer in 18s but looked a bit noisy for a tow rig.
