I read earlier you are going for 10k rpm with this... most 10k worthy engines are usually running multiple valves (relatively small and light each). I'm just wondering what engine will spin to 10k, and have valve spring seat pressure of nearly 200#s???
KL. Won't be going that high this time around because I'll still be using HLAs. I'll shut it down at 9k.
When going for 10k I'll be using dual valve springs with much less spring pressure.
I seriously doubt the springs were an issue. There's dozens and dozens of these motors running these sprinfs without issue.
