I recently bought a VR6 Jetta from my roommate for $300. I stripped out the interior today and found more rust than I expected, Not entirely structural but there are some decent holes in the floor. I need ideas on what to do with it to have the most fun for the least money. I was thinking about rallycross but I would need to cover the holes somehow.

For about $30 you can get structural adhesive at a body supply shop. Cut out the rust or POR15 it. Then glue in some new metal. If it will hold on 1/4 panels it will work on floors. Of coarse if the floor is seriously contoured or a brace is rusted all bets are off.

Or if you have a welder, go to town with that
