Any of my imaginary internet friends know of someone who can laser print a 1" hollow spacer the size of a license plate
I have the drawings and dimensios
It could be milled out of a 1" piece of billet
Just thinking laser printing would be cheaper

I'm assuming that you mean laser cutting, not printing.
The lasers that I have access to will only cut up to 3/8" depending on material so no real help.

3D print maybe.
I have a sweet water jet that could do it.
