Actually, I would grab some old Louvers off say... an ‘82-‘85 celica/ celica Supra. They are flat, but metal, so can be formed. They are super wide, so can be cut down. Then you’ll have all the fins you’ll ever need, and cheap. I got mine from Craig’s for $50.
