I borrowed my father's 5th wheel and Dodge 2500 for a week's mountain vacation. It was a great time, the camper was nice, but I regretted having to drive a 3/4 ton truck all week.
With a motorhome, I can drive whatever I want at the other end, be it a race car or off off-road truck.
My normal toad is the Hummer. It lets me get off the beaten path better than a huge 2WD truck does.
