Do we need a sticky? I'm sure it's been discussed...
Between all the different networks, sanctioning bodies that do or don't have their own video solutions, etc... I don't know where to turn when I want to watch some racing; I'm running out of SCCA Runoffs coverage, which is about the only thing I reliably know where to find (not to say it's not the only thing easy to find; I just keep muddling the rest).
I'm going to take a moment to shake my head at IMSA for having a coverage page that just looks like the links don't work or something if you don't already know what their model is. No reference to the details, just still images and a link for if you're having trouble with video loading... IIRC it's one of those things where you get access if you have a cable subscription that includes one of a few channels, but that's not clear if you just go to IMSA's video page with an eye toward finding out how to watch racing. Ech.
There's got to be a good collection somewhere of all the types of motorsport, and what combo of YouTube, their own sites, cable channels, etc are needed to watch them, no?

If you want to watch IMSA live, the NBCSports Trackpass subscription is the official streamer. But if you can wait, whole races are on youtube. The entire Sebring 12H was uploaded two days ago.
Lots of other stuff on youtube if you like free.
GTWorld shows all the SRO GT Challenge races live, it used to be Pirelli World Challenge.
THE-RACE - has a lot of boring F1 analysis but they have the rights to show the Japanese series Super GT and Super Formula.
Blend Line TV has a lot of live racing from Australia as well as race replays and highlights all on Youtube. There's live racing on right now from Sunday morning, looks like spec E30 at the moment with full commentary and multiple cameras.
Another option for something a bit more local rather than the other side of the world is GForce TV, in the past this was the Youtube channel for Ohsweken Speedway which is a local really nice dirt track in Southern Ontario, now they have expanded and in the past year started showing live racing from our other dirt tracks and paved ovals here.
Posting to thank folks for some excellent ideas, but also to bump, because I'm surprised there isn't more info on all the miscellaneous major series out there.
In any case, I'll be updating my YouTube subscriptions/bookmarks with some of the above!
I watch sports car endurance racing in short segments whenever I just want to be entertained. Took me like 3-4 weeks to watch the Rolex 24. Started watching the Sebring 12 hr last night. I like the Creventic system of race management. No pace cars and all the reshuffling like other organizations. Instead they just have everyone slow to 60 KPH wherever they are on the track and then when track is clear the race goes right back to full speed. Also fueling isn't done in the pits but at a remote fueling station, their BOP system is very good. RSL commentators and good video.
