As cool looking vintage cars go, it's hard to fault an 1800. No, they don't have a lot of power... and handling is decent if not great... but they aren't too low, have comfortable seats and plenty of leg and head room, and they eat up long hwy miles like nothing so they're good w/e vacation cars.
I agree with fox about wanting to do things while I still can. One reason why I'm planning to go back to DH racing... at least a little bit.
