1975 Repu in what appears to be good condition. Best part: SWMBO really likes it.

you don't need to learn a damn thing. go buy it if it aint rotten, and figure the rest out next week. I have NEVER seen one that clean, and I live in north Carolina.

Wow, that looks incredible. I don't think I've every seen one like this before.
If you know rotaries, then you should be jumping all over this one. It's sweet!

Chris (Mazda605)(?), should be able to tell you everything you need to know. He has one, and doesn't live too far from that one.

Rotaries tend to live a hard life around Bridgeport.

I assume that DaveEstey's lack of responses in this thread is because he is running flailingly towards the REPU, fists clenching wads of fifties and hundreds, babbling "MINE MINE MINE MINE" while slightly foaming at the mouth.

I know I've been there.

I see a lot of primer around the sills which means rust. I could that it has been poorly patched or well patched. Only a very careful close inspection can tell.

Holiday weekend shenanigans has me tied up. Shenanigans in this case means two days in NH working on our RHD, datsun-powered lemons mustang.

I'll have to get in touch with the seller later. He's not answering right now.

I know that truck. The front suspension was all rebuilt a few years ago, and the rockers looked like swiss cheese the last I saw it. Otherwise a solid truck. My friend Ken used to/may still own it. I can answer any question you have about these trucks. By the way I believe it has a 12A in it.

Not entirely true. A lot of major differences aside from the engine.

By the way that truck is almost twice what I paid for mine 12 years ago. Not a perfect truck, but a good deal. It's tough finding parts for 'em though. The seller doesn't mention it, but I am %99 sure it is a 12A in that truck.

If it is a 75 look for the "S" stamped on the beginning of the normal vin that normally starts as PA136 and the red light on the dash. Added to one side of the gauges for the overheated exhaust system. 74's don't have the light or the S added. Mazda took a bunch of leftover 74's and stamped them with the S to make them 75's.
