Just found an '88 XR4ti in a salvage yard near me. It'll be crushed soon but it's a VERY complete car. Are there any parts on it that are hard to find and worth the trouble dismantling? Maybe taillights, headlights, exhaust manifold, etc. I hate to see the whole car go to waste. It's an automatic and appears to be all stock (no performance parts). Even the interior is in good shape. The drivers seat has one loose seam but the leather is hard.

I'd be interested in the height adjuster on the bottom of the drivers seat.

What color is the interior? I have a friend with a Tan interior that is really sun damaged.

Exhaust manifold & cylinder head, are two items that can crack and are in high demand but you have to make sure that the ones in question aren't either or it's not worth the effort to remove.

Isn't the glass, especially the windshields very difficult to find?

the glass goes in but it never comes out :) all of these parts are likely needed by an XR4Ti owner.

taillamp plates

seats

sunroof cranks

center caps if it has the the BBS style wheels

t9 and c3 transmissions are both made of glass

This must be the auto in the east pull a part lot in Atlanta...buddy of mine sent me pics when it came in...the gas tank if they didn't poke it is worth $$$$, longblock, diff, interior and glass...

Diff, axles, rear hubs/brakes
