I have a set of each of the 15 and 16 inch wheels and I paid $75 a set on Craigslist, FWIW. Good sets go for up to $250 around SE Michigan.
When I was pricing out seats for my NA, I looked at NB seats, seats in decent condition (no rips) were between $250 and $350 in Texas, though a quick search of Miata.net shows cloth NA seats for anywhere from $200 to $400 but the ads have some age on them so they're probably over priced. In the past I've seen Style bars for $50-$100.
