Is there anything to be gained from a Jackson Racing header on an otherwise stock 1.8 Miata? I've heard that they won't add much hp. The car will see mostly track use.

A few hp above 6000 rpm for a 94-97. More benefit for the 99-00 with the cast iron piece.
