Does anyone know the part number or a source for the tiny c-clips/e-clips that hold the pins that attach the radiator to the chassis?

They attach to the pin above. (Not my picture, just one I found online)

I looked on Arlingtons Mazdas site and it doesn't list those clips or the pins they attach to. Called my local dealer and they couldn't find them in their system. They even called Mazda and then called me back and supposedly they couldn't find them. They suggested I bring the pin in and they would try and match it up. Just in case they don't have it. (I am not going to hold my breath) I am trying to find another source.

Mcmaster Carr is always an option I suppose.

Here is a link to my build thread. To see the project this relates to.

I think harbor freight sells boxes of them in a variety of sizes. You could try Lowes or Ace hardware as well. I've never actually needed one for this application.

e clips are a standardized part, any decent hardware store will have them, I know Tractor Supply sells them, and HF will probably sell you a whole boxed assortment as mentioned.
