I have a 90 and I am looking at the Flyin Miata FM2 suspension package. Measuring from the center to the fender lip the front will be lowered to 12.5” and the rear will go down to 13”. I love the look of a lowered Miata (and I don’t mean hella slammed stance or whatever your kids are calling it these days). At that ride height I can’t tell if it will look lowered at all. Currently it will take the front down a ½” and the rear an inch.

The V Maxx package seems like you can go lower but I am not sure that is the right thing to do.

The car will be used mostly for jumps, figure 8s and as a snow plow. Or it will be used as a fun summer road car.

Thoughts?

Keith I have been emailing you about what kit to buy.

Here's a pic of my Miata at about that ride height. I wish I could remember where exactly I put it, but I seem to think it was right around 12.5-12.75 range.

Those are 15" wheels with Hoosier SM6es on them...

One more. This time on 14" BBSes and RS2s. I blew out the exposure a bit to try and bring out the wheel wells a bit.

I'll get some pictures of my car on the 2.5 kit tomorrow for you. To me, it looks right. Not over-lowered, but with the wheels filling the wells properly.

Plus it works well I recommend running the V-Maxx about 1/2" lower, by the way.
