Mini wheel questions

Hey guys, can anyone tell me the offset and width of the BMW Mini 17s? Found some for cheap and I think they'd look pretty berkeleyin good on my BG Protege.

I don't know the exact offset, but it must be close to the typical 38mm. I put my 17s (since sold) on my NB Miata and my wife's Scion Xb. I treat all the various sets of wheels we've got as interchangeable on a Miata, MINI CooperS, Scion and VW GTI. That's why I'm assuming the 17s are close to the same offset.

17x7, 48mm offset

Yeah that's a little close. I was hoping they would be +38 or so. I suppose I could run spacers, but idk if it would be worth it.
