Who camps there?
Is there a GRM camping area?
If not, who wants to group together for this year? Going stag, means camping is an option. So is beer, rum, scotch and maybe even a brat.

The beauty of the Mitty is that it's ALL GRM camping area. Superfans should hang out with the staff in the tent until wee hours. Although we've been known to golf cart rally our way to visit campsites, too.
Look for some Mitty updates in the next couple of days; there's a lot of stuff being finalized lately. Fans of Cobras, Datsuns, and Lotus cars will be particularly interested.
There will be a corral for Challenge cars again this year also. Who's coming out? I've heard from a couple of folks, but there's a lot more within driving distance that should come to the party!
I have purchased my tickets, not sure if I will bring a cool car yet, challenger is unlikely but maybe something else.
I was there for 09, but stayed off site in a hotel.
I was hoping i could get the Lotus done before the Mitty so i can take it up, but doesnt look like its gonna happen. But I will be there!!
I'll be there . . . If the Special Sauce E36 is ready, I'll bring it.
We'll be off site in a hotel . . . Jamie isn't quite ready to "rough it" just yet, so we will be in a hotel.
See ya guys there!!
I'll be there as will most, if not all, of the Hongers. I'm definately looking forward to it.
I might bring the Tracer again this year....maybe I'll have it street legal by then. Ha, right!
I plan on being there, but then again, GRM already knows that. (New job could change this, but will be a part of any negotiations). Challenge car will be NOWHERE near ready. Come on, there's months left, right?
I've said I was going to go for the last couple years but never been. Something always comes up. I'm only a couple hours away. Maybe this is the year.

With all the cool cars you own i'm sure you could pick one to take
Do the shower have hot water? If so I may camp this year rather than stay at my sisters house in L-Ville.
How old is your brat? If in fact that is what you're talking about. I'd love to take my 7 year old son, but I have an innate need to drink beer into the wee hours and would feel bad leaving him in the tent while I wander off to the "fun party tent".
Damned guilt.

Shower? I'm sorry, I just don't understand what you're talking about.

That is when you get so funky smelling that the rest of us dump the melted ice from the cooler over your smelly scone
In reply to porksboy:
Every time I've camped at RA . . .there was no hot water. And that was getting up at 0 crack 30. There may be some hot showers in the support paddock area.

It's only like what, a four day weekend? You don't need no stinking shower.
Four days, 4 cases of beer, walking all over the track, wiping your butt with generic TP, and BBQ burgers.....dude four days and you will smell like the north end of a southbound ass
Oh, as far as serious advice goes, I shower every day when I'm at a track. RA is no VIR, but I've had good luck getting hot water at the restroom above the west paddock, where the CMS track touring laps started last year.
